I have been using the hoodia for 2 months now. I have been trying to lose some weight for a while. This hoodia worked better than a different product that I tried. Hoodia pills dont make you lose weight directly but they help curb hunger, and for me, this has led to me loosing 7 pounds in the last 3 weeks. I wasnt measuring my weight at the beginning but started to see a difference so I started watching more carefully. That is the best improvement I have gotten with a diet pill. I am exercising more too. I am pretty active with my job but still needed to do some cardio workouts to help keep the heart strong. My battle is more just not having too many snacks then anyting else. I will continue to us super hoodia, at least until I get to my highschool weight again.

This is a good product for changing hunger. Hoodia doesnt make you lose weight, it is used only to help change the appetite. For that it works well for me and the price is very good and delivery time was average. My girl friend and I both use it.




Did not live up to the hype - Eric -
I REALLY want to like this product. Really, I do. I was excited about the prospect of taking something that made sense. I do not like diet pills. They seem unnatural and unhealthy to me. However, this seems like less of a diet pill and more like a natural herb that has properties that help promote weight loss/control in a reasonable, common sense manner. I remember watching a 20/20 (or some similar type show) about hoodia and it seemed to make sense to me. An all natural product that had appetite suppressing properties. I'm sure the actual hoodia cactus works very well. However, in my experience (which seems to be much different than the vast majority of other reviews here), this product does NOT work well.

The first day I took this I only took one pill. That day, I was pretty full just from my normal breakfast (a blueberry and banana smoothie with a scoop of protein powder, along with an English muffin). I basically did not have anything between breakfast and lunch (which is very abnormal for me, normally I have oatmeal at about 9:45 and a handful of almonds at about 10:45). For lunch, I had a burger and fries (so much for my healthy start huh? Some days are better than others!). I was so full from this I almost could not finish (very different than normal)! I was actually uncomfortably full for the rest of the afternoon. I was shocked at how powerful these pills where.
However, ever since that day the effect has basically been nothing. I take two pills and my appetite is basically unaffected. I'll skip a few days in a row just to see if I get hungrier. I can't tell the difference between the days I take them and the days I do not. Due to this, I do not plan on ordering more once I run out.

Maybe for someone with a much bigger appetite these pills are more effective. I eat a fair amount but I have never had a huge problem with food or overeating. I'm a 5'10'' male and weigh 170 pounds. I go to the gym twice a week and do cardio for 10 minutes, followed by 45min to an hour (depending on which routine I'm following that day) of weight training. I wanted to take these pills because my body fat is stuck at 20% and I would like to get it down to 10%, which has seemed like an impossible task. My theory was that these pills would help me eat about 15% less per day which, eventually, would lead me to my body fat goal. This seemed like a common sense approach that would lead to a sustainable level of low body fat. After that first day I was SOLD on these puppies. However, since then, nothing.

Now, in all fairness, this seller is fantastic. The price is fair and the service is quick. I received these very quickly after ordering them. I have nothing against this seller. It seems like others have great luck with these pills. I can't say the same for me.

I have used Hoodia Gordonii in the past and I'm certain it works. The seller I used before seems to have a supply problem so I started looking for a new one. I purchased this item because of the price. Once I received the item I examined the packaging and the manufacturers website for evidence that it was authentic Hoodia. Nothing on the packaging or website showed that a CITES certificate had been issued for this product. I contacted the manufacturer and received an email stating that they refused to provide any information which would allow me to authenticate the product. I don't know if the product works but I do know there are more scams than legitimate products out there. At a minimum information should be divulged which allows the consumer to do some research to authenticate the product. The first line of the email I received was that I could return it if I didn't like it. Well if the product is authentic that's a pretty poor response. I went back online and found products which show recent, legible, documentation regarding their product and will use that despite the higher cost.
